This page is where you will find links to pictures, and stories from members of the EKMM club, of themselves and their cars, rusty, shiny, or being restored (the cars not the people that is!). Only let out when it's dry, or year round faithful, reliable workhorses. This is where to find the true spirit of the Morris Minor.

New project! Dibble the chop- top

This is a rescue Moggie currently undergoing surgery. Dibble was free to a good home, I'm restoring him for my girlfriend, Gill.

Dave Long's car

Dave tells the story of "Millie" a 59' four door.

Keith's car

You might think that because your Morris has nice shiny panels, that all is well underneath. Keith, our honorable chairman has recently got his car back on the road again after a four year restoration of his "tidy" looking car. He has kindly lent me the photographic record of the restoration. More will be added each week! For now, enjoy episodes one and two!

Martins car

Martin tells us the story of their black 2 door saloon- a family car in daily use that is also a prize winner! Read here how it can be done!

One of the longest serving members of the EKMM, owner of two saloons, and a veritable gold mine of Minor lore talks us though his almost totally original car!

Ricky and Madeleine

At long last, I've done my own car some justice and featured him- "Ricky" a 1969 black traveller with red interior, and new on the scene is my latest acquisition "Madeleine" a white 1971 4-door saloon, possibly one of the last of the Minors. Read all about it today! Both were registered in Kent and bear the "K" for Kent county registration.

Sadly, both cars are currently of the road due to MOT failure and the certain prospect of MOT failure. However, since this autumn (2004), I've been busy in the garage cutting out rust and welding in new panles, in preparation for "Ricky's" return to the road in early 2005.

No, not an American Muppet frog, but a wildly customised metallic green pickup and its eccentric Scottish owner! I make no apologies for the size of the Kermit picture- it is such a good pic, that I could not bring myself to chop it up or compress it! It's worth the wait!! As are the tales within from our intrepid newsletter writer herself.

Click here to see Sid and Sid

Yes, Sid, the human and Sid the car! And this page has lots of before and after shots of rusty panels being transformed into nice shiny metal again! If you love rust, this page is for you!!!

Ian Mackay's present and former cars

Ian Currently drives a Wolseley 1500 that was featured in the last issue of Practical Classics! Congrats Ian, and to show we don't descriminate against non Minors, here is a small pic.

Show car-Toby and Ian's everyday Morris Minor- dove grey saloon .
