GhostMix version 2.0 is finally here

Sorry it's taken so long... I've been very lazy!

After paying attention to the (constructive) criticism of the window being too large, I've broken GhostMix into three different windows:

Main Window - Two pages:

Advanced Settings Window - Two pages:

Balance Window:

This version includes:

• The new Workbench-style preferences program.
• Shell startup program for your user-startup.
• Full Catalog support for foreign languages.
• Catalog Definition files for use with CatComp.
• A Preferences conversion tool for users of GhostMix 1.0
